Alpha Marriage Course is a seven week course that offers couples practical support to strengthen and prioritize their relationship. It helps couples to: communicate more effectively; understand each other's needs; resolve conflict; recognize how our upbringing affects the relationship; develop greater sexual intimacy and much, much more ...

Comments from previous participants - "It was 'our time' to focus on us", "Trust the process - things improved week-by-week.". "It has given us tools to move forward in harmony".

Each session includes food and a video talk. No group work or discussing your marriage with others.
